QUESTION Chieftain~~~do you relocate them in another area that will be trapped in later? When I raised corn I caught them and kept them in a huge covered pen until fall and released them back into an area I would be trapping.

I took these for about a 20 mile drive back to my house and turned them loose in my woods behind the house...always need some to train the dogs with..I have feeders set up for soured corn ..as long as they get plenty to eat they seem to hang around [till the rut]..got home from the coon removal and had these two little guys in the yard....Image

Jase this guy has corn in all stages ,the stuff he got out the earliest [which is the farthest along]is just in the blister stage..the coons have been in it for 2 weeks now..he didn't call me till last Thurs. ,if he would have called sooner I could have saved him a half acre of corn..he's got another 5 acres at another farm which is going to be some later than that at his house. We are going to start earlier on the removal ..

I saw this pair of Fawns early Saturday Morning. Cooter was in the back seat of the truck, whinning and shaking like a leaf. He really wanted these two.

Mo, he was not a happy camper at that moment. He hates the flash on the camera and growls nearly everytime you take his picture up close. He really does not seem to mind all the gitup she puts on him from time time.

Great work Chief. We havent had time to do any varmint thinning or anything. Forgot what a cage trap looked like. Those little spotted fellows are cute Chief but they look prettier on the grill  bacon wrapped loin cooked rare, mmm. 2 months and 3 weeks to go!

Cheiftain, If I were in your position with all the grinners, I would blame it on Mohawk. He is most likely responsible. :P :P :P
