Teriyaki
Kabobs Ingredients-
-1 to 2 pounds venison, muskrat, beaver, chicken, beef or whatever other meat you have on
hand
-1/2 cup soy sauce
-1/2 cup ketchup
-1 tsp. garlic powder
-1/2 cup sugar
-Any vegetables you like such as cherry tomatoes, onions, pineapple
chunks, green peppers, etc.
Preparation-
To make the marinade combine the soy sauce, ketchup, garlic powder
and sugar. Cut the meat in 1" to 1-1/2" cubes. Cut
the vegetables into large chunks. Put the meat in the
marinade, cover and put in the refrigerator overnight. I like to
marinate the vegetables too but that's a personal preference. Cooking-
Alternately skewer the meat and vegetables. Put the
skewers on the grill at medium heat, turning often and cook to taste
(venison is best when done medium-rare, only 2-3 minutes per side).
