I have fourteen beers on tap here at the restaurant, Guinness (nectar of the Gods by the way) and thirteen Wisconsin craft brews. None of the American style macro lagers on tap that are WAY too common up here. I have those in bottles.
So I've been playing around in the kitchen for a while now brewing my own beer, I've been extract brewing up until this point because it is fairly simple and does not require much in the way of expense or equipment and you can still make awesome beer that way. But it's one of those things, when you get the bug you get it big time. I've been accumulating equipment to build my own all-grain system in my garage at home. Lots of fabrication work to do but that is half the fun.
Anyone else brew their own beer?
