Was up North of home to a customers place last evening for a visit and our local fur buyer was there. Hewas telling me he will end the season with 4,000 coyotes
. He also say's he can pluck the hair outta a porcupine in 10 minutes and he buys them for $10 to get $50 worth of hair. Hutterites are charging him $12 to skin/flesh/stretch a coyote. His son got laid off his "patch" job so is now skinning coyotes.LOL I had six coyotes in my truck that were basically garbage and I traded them to the Hutterite for skinning 7 coyotes. He's paying $7/lb for fresh/brown WT antler. We have known each other for 40 years and he can be very entertaining with stories.
