The Bakken country is at least about 500 miles nw of here but my colleague sent me this message. I had heard about the compeition for RR use between ag commods and oil before but hadn't heard the cereal manufacturing issues. There is an ovious need for a pipeline or two (and this isn't even the Keystone they've been talking about that would transport Can sand tar oil). But ND is flyover country and they only have a couple of votes in Washington so I doubt the Prez and his administration will do anything about it,especially not to **** off Warren Buffet after they gave cash to our glorious Commander-in-Chief. We'll see...
