The Keystone Elk Country Alliance (KECA) is raffling off 1 bull elk tag this year. It's actually a pretty good deal since the lucky drawing winner will get a 60 day hunting season. (the regular season is only 6 days) You can get a 6 day fully guided hunt, a free mount by a taxidermist and the hunt will be filmed. I posted the info below.
